We will make a strong effort to ship your order within 1 business day. Overnight and Second Day orders are usually fulfilled first. Whenever possible, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to keep track of your order’s process and current location. We do not refund shipping charges. If your shipment is delayed by the carrier and you are entitled for a refund you will need to contact the carrier. If necessary we will assist you in your claim.
Items Not Received:
All of our products are shipped by a traceable method. If you do not receive your order, we can find out from the shipper where and when it was delivered. If you did not receive your order that UPS or USPS claims was delivered. Consider the following:
1. Check with your neighbors, we have had many cases where a neighbor has taken a package and forgotten to notify someone.
2. If your package was stolen, file a police report with your local police. Send a copy of the report to your homeowner’s insurance company as well as the shipper.
3. If a complete investigation shows that we did not ship the package or shipped it to the wrong address, we will re-ship the order at our expense.
Note: If you signed a note for UPS saying that they can leave packages at your door then you also agreed to not hold them responsible if the package goes missing.
